Drill Operator

Job Description


  • Immediate full-time opening for a Directional Drill Operator/Crew leader from the LaBelle, Fort Myers, or Naples areas. The main office is located in LaBelle. Experience in this field is required. Valid CDL is also required.



  • Candidate requires experience running directional drill machine. Qualified individuals will possess knowledge about excavation safety and be familiar with various tools & equipment such as compressors, tamper, jack hammers, locators, etc.



  • Safety first!

  • Eligible candidate must interact with and communicate well with superintendent, area manager, co-workers and customers.

  • Must pass a drug screening, I-9 verification and background check.

  • Flexible hours including overtime.

  • Out of town travel is required.

  • Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor environment, including inclement weather.



  • Candidate must have experience as an operator in Utility Construction.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
