Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:



  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

  • Managing and Tracking all clients through the CRM

  • Management of Mortgage Endorsement process for Insurance projects

  • Assisting with the permitting Process

  • Assisting and supporting the Sales staff

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards

  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

  • Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

  • Scheduling Sales appointments


Requirements:



  • Proven working experience as a customer service manager, retail manager or assistant manager role

  • Experience in providing customer service support

  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

  • Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications

  • Ability to think strategically and to lead

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident customer service/interpersonal communication skills

  • Must work well in a Fast Pace environment

  • Must be able to work some overtime


Preferred Experience:



  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Sales and or Accounting Experience

  • Experience in Roofing and or the Construction Industry

  • Bilingual: Spanish / English

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
